The Logan Bus Co. entities own and maintain a fleet of over 2,000 buses and mini-wagons. The Company has multiple properties in Queens, Brooklyn and the Bronx including maintenance facilities.
Logan Bus relies on great resources in order to serve the maintenance needs of the school bus fleet. This includes a pool of spare vehicles to immediately put into service should it be required. We keep accurate maintenance records on all vehicles and employ certified mechanics that are the most qualified in the school bus industry.
We also have a complete body shop and repair facilities to maintain our fleet. Logan conducts its own on-site maintenance work, using the most up-to-date computerized maintenance equipment, which minimize breakdowns.
Well-managed vehicle maintenance and repair has been a key factor in the company’s success.
All of Logan’s vehicles meet NYSDOT specifications and vehicles are subject to regular inspection by the company. All Logan entities maintain a “Preferred” vendor status with the NYSDOT BUSNET Operator Profile Score. The company has an extensive monthly preventive maintenance program instated by our certified mechanics, in order to continuously provide safe and reliable buses to transport students.
Logan also owns and operates its own bus maintenance fleet of vehicles, including several tow trucks, flatbeds, service vehicles, safety inspector vehicles, that do all of Logan’s own towing and road service.
